Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every contract for a digital invitation that you make through the English pages of loveydear.com with Berkan Başer, Kökez Mah. 3044 Sk. No: 1 İç Kapı No: 1 Serik / Antalya, Turkey ("LoveyDear", "we", "us").

We provide a digital wedding or engagement invitation as a web page that you design online and send to your guests as a link. What is included depends on the package you choose (Basic or Full), as described on our pricing page.

• Basic stays online until one month after the last date entered in the invitation, for at least 30 days and at most one year from payment; 90 days if no date is entered. If you move the date later, the duration is extended accordingly.
• Full stays online for one year from payment.
• You can switch from Basic to Full at any time by paying the difference; the invitation then stays online for one year from the switch.
• When the duration ends, we take the invitation offline and delete it, including photos.

Designing and previewing your invitation is free and without obligation. An unpaid draft is not visible to visitors and is deleted after 7 days.

How to order: in your invitation's preview or editor you open the checkout form, choose the package, enter your first name, last name and email address, accept the terms and the cancellation policy and request that we start before the end of the cancellation period. Until you click “Pay now” you can correct any entry in the form or close it with “Back”; you can also cancel on PayTR's payment page.

When you click “Pay now”, you make a binding order. The contract is made once the payment has gone through and we publish your invitation; you'll receive a confirmation by email that includes our cancellation policy.

The contract language is English. We do not store the contract text separately; you can read these terms and our cancellation policy here at any time, and the confirmation email summarises your order and includes the cancellation policy.

The prices shown when you order apply: Basic €49, Full €79, switching from Basic to Full €30. These are final prices and include any applicable VAT; we do not add any further charges.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the payment provider PayTR with 3-D Secure; your card details never reach us. You are charged in Turkish lira: Basic 2,710 TL, Full 4,369 TL, switch 1,659 TL (exchange rate €1 = 55.3 TL). The euro amount is for guidance; your bank may charge a fee for currency conversion or foreign card use.

You are responsible for the texts, photos, voice messages and details in your invitation. Only upload content you have the rights to, and nothing unlawful. We may remove content that is clearly unlawful.

You allow us to store your invitation and show it to your guests, as far as this is needed to provide the service. You can hide your guests' posts on the memory wall yourself in the editor.

Reporting unlawful content: if you believe content on an invitation made with LoveyDear is unlawful, email us at berkan.baser01@gmail.com with the link to the invitation, a short explanation, and your name and email address. We review every report promptly and carefully and tell you our decision. If we remove or restrict content in your invitation, we tell you why, and you can object. We do not use automated moderation.

We aim to keep your invitation available throughout its duration. Short interruptions for maintenance or because of problems at our service providers can happen.

As a consumer you have a right to cancel as set out in our cancellation policy.

Your statutory rights are not affected: by law, the service must be provided with reasonable care and skill and as described. If your invitation is not published despite payment, does not work as described, or you were charged twice, we refund the amount to your original payment method.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are only liable for losses that were foreseeable when the contract was made.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts. If one term is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
