You can use LoveyDear without an account. We only process the data needed for your invitation, the payment and running the website securely. We don't sell data and we don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

1. Who is responsible

Berkan Başer, Kökez Mah. 3044 Sk. No: 1 İç Kapı No: 1 Serik / Antalya, Turkey, email: berkan.baser01@gmail.com, phone: +90 539 402 41 07.

2. Visiting the website

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver the website. To prevent abuse and keep simple visitor statistics, we store your IP address, approximate location (city and country), device type and the pages you view for 90 days; after that they are deleted automatically.

Our audience measurement with Vercel Analytics works without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Which step of the form you reached is counted on our server with a random session number that is not linked to you (180 days). If you create an invitation, we also store the page through which you arrived, without IP address or device (one year).

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working and understandable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Your invitation

For your invitation we store what you enter: names of the couple and families, dates, venues, texts, photos, a voice message and your email address. We use this data to provide the invitation and to send you replies, reminders and your links (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We cannot create an invitation without an email address.

An unpaid draft is not visible to visitors and is deleted after 7 days; a published invitation is deleted when its duration ends, in both cases including photos. You can delete it yourself in the editor at any time. The secret editing link is your only access – keep it to yourself.

So that you can find a draft again, we store its name, type, editing link and expiry date in your browser, and the draft itself while you fill in the form. This data does not leave your device; storing it is strictly necessary for the service you asked for.

4. Your guests

When guests reply through the RSVP form, we store their name, reply, number of people and message, show them to you in the editor and email you. With the Full package you can keep a guest list with names; for personal links we only store when and how often they were opened, not the guest's IP address or device. Posts on the memory wall (name, text, photo) are visible to everyone with the link.

This data is deleted together with the invitation. Our lawful basis is the legitimate interest in running the invitation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Payment and invoice

For payment you give your first and last name and email address. Card payments are handled by the payment provider PayTR; your card details never reach us. For the invoice we send your name and the amount to the electronic invoicing system of the Turkish tax administration.

We keep order data (name, email, amount, package, time) and the invoice for the legally required retention periods, even after the invitation is deleted (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Photos, texts and guest data are not part of this.

If you use the “Cancel contract” function, we process your name, the contract details you enter, your email address and the time we received your cancellation, to handle it and confirm receipt (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep the cancellation with the order data.

6. Emails

We only email you about your own invitation: links, your guests' replies, reminders about a draft or the end of the duration, the payment confirmation and the invoice. We don't send marketing emails or newsletters. We use the Resend service to send emails.

7. Maps, ad measurement and translation

  • Map: the invitation shows the venue on an embedded Google map. It only loads when a guest scrolls near it; Google then receives the guest's IP address.
  • Venue search: searching for a venue in the form runs through our server; Google receives what you type, not your IP address.
  • Google Ads: if you arrive through a Google ad and create an invitation, we link the random click ID from the ad link to your draft. From our server we tell Google Ads that a draft was created and, if you pay, the amount, time and order number – without your name, email, phone number or IP address (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time; just write to us.
  • Translation: if you use “Fill in with AI” for other languages in the editor, we send only the invitation's texts – without names, addresses, phone numbers or bank details – through the Vercel AI Gateway to a language model from Google.

8. Who receives data

We are based in Turkey. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, audience measurement, AI translation), Supabase (database and photo storage), Resend (email delivery), PayTR (payment) and Google (maps, venue search, ad measurement, translation). We don't share data with anyone else and we don't sell data.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To use these rights, email us at berkan.baser01@gmail.com.
